Delivery Policy

Greepers Limited will endeavour to dispatch all orders within 3 working days. All orders are shipped with Royal Mail. We offer 2 services to all destinations.

  • In the UK you may choose

    • Second class post for a fixed fee of £1.75 for up to 2 items. FREE for 3 or more items.

    • Tracked 24 for a fixed fee of £3.50 for any size order.

    • (Locally we also offer a collect for free service and hand delivered service for just £1.00) 

  • For outside the UK we offer:

    • Economy service - International Standard is £3.50 for any size order.

    • Premium service - International Tracked and Signed is £10.00 for any size order.

Return/Refund Policy

You will only be able to exercise this right if you are able to return to us the goods you ordered unworn, undamaged and with all original labels attached as originally supplied and returned to us within 14 working days from the date of dispatch of your order. Please also be aware that buyers will be responsible for the cost of returning the items by post.

In the unfortunate case of Greepers Limited making a mistake with dispatching an item, or if an item is faulty or damaged we will refund the delivery charges you have paid to receive that item. With an item being faulty we will ask for you to return the item and once the manufacturing fault has been established and confirmed we will be happy to reimburse the customer for any out of pocket postal charges.

How do I return an item I ordered online?

If you wish to return an item, please email or call us in the 1st instance to get a returns authorisation. You will then need to return your purchase, in it’s original package to the following address, complete with returns number to:

Please leave a note attached to the package describing why you have returned it.
Please give us at least 1 week to process your refund once we’ve received your goods. The refund will be credited to the payment card account and you should be notified by email once the refund transaction has been completed. 

7 Day ‘Cooling-Off’ Period

In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations you have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase. In this case, we will provide a full refund but you must return the cancelled items to us at your cost. If we do not receive the cancelled items back, we may arrange to collect them from you at your cost.
